Refunds & cancellation

First subscription purchase

You can request a full refund of your first CWA Premium monthly or annual subscription purchase within 7 days of purchase.

Renewals

Refund requests for renewal payments are reviewed individually. A renewal refund is not automatically guaranteed.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel automatic renewal through Manage subscription in the subscription area. Canceling renewal keeps Premium available until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not itself request a refund.

Access after a refund

A full refund of your current subscription period ends Premium access for that period. Your account remains available on Basic, including HRRR and the free weather tools.

Request a refund or get help

Email support@dudewx.com with your CWA account email, the purchase date, and whether the purchase was monthly or annual. Include an invoice or receipt number if available. Never send your password or full card details.

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights you have under applicable law.
